Help
Write to hello@joinmeantime.app. A person reads every message.
If someone is sending you plans you don’t want
Open a plan from them, or their page, tap ⋯ at the top right, then Block. Their plans stop reaching you, Meantime stops suggesting them, and they aren’t told. To undo it, open their page, tap ⋯, then Unblock.
Report something
- In the app: on a plan, tap ⋯ at the top right, then Report this plan.
- On the web page a plan’s link opens: tap Report this plan at the foot.
We read every report. Content that breaks our Terms is removed, and the account that sent it is closed.
A friend sent you a plan
You don’t need the app. Open the link and answer. Answering takes one tap. Nothing is installed and no account is made. Your link is yours: anyone you forward it to can see and change your answer. On a group plan’s link, each name can be picked on one phone. If someone else has picked yours, ask the person who sent it.
Delete your Meantime account
- In the app: open Settings, then tap Delete account. Plans still to come are called off first, so the friends on them are told. Then your link, your marked times and the plans you made are deleted, and friends stop seeing those plans. Your answers on friends’ plans stay with them. This can’t be undone.
- Without the app:
- If you no longer have the number: nobody can prove the account is yours, and whoever holds that number now can sign in and delete it. We never ask anyone to send us a code.
- Stuck? Write to hello@joinmeantime.app. We reply within 2 working days.
What’s kept: your link’s address, and nothing else with it, so it’s never given to anyone else. Copies in backups are gone within 7 days.
